Pat provides general administrative support to the Oxford office. In addition she has a specific role supporting the Partner and Principal Ecologists in Oxford and is part of the office management team helping to develop and implement office business management.
Theresa Howe

Theresa provides general administrative support to the Oxford office, with a particular remit for health and safety implementation within the office. Liaising with the lead Partner and appointed persons, she also leads the practice-wide administration of health and safety to ensure that proper procedures are maintained.
Julie Mortimer

Julie provides general administrative support to the Berwick office and has a practice-wide remit for the development and implementation of ISO9001.
Michelle Sullivan

As well as providing general administrative support to the Bakewell office, Michelle has a specific role supporting the Principal Ecologist and office lead in Bakewell.
Sarah Norris

As well as providing general administrative support to the Monmouth office, Sarah supports health and safety implementation within the office and finance management for the practice. Sarah also leads the practice-wide administration of personnel matters.

Stuart is a qualified graphics technician who leads the graphic representation of Baker Shepherd Gillespie's work within and outside the practice. Stuart ensures that our reports, maps, publicity information and other printed materials meet high quality standards and provides a consistent style throughout our work. Stuart leads on the design, construction and management of the BSG website.
