Baker Shepherd Gillespie's continuing success as an ecological consultancy is entirely due to the technical ability and expertise of our staff. The practice employs ecologists who have developed a considerable range of expertise in all aspects of ecology. Our staff are all members of the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (IEEM) and are encouraged to develop and expand their ecological skills through a combination of structured CPD training, attendance at seminars and conferences, presentation to professional audiences and mentoring from peers.
