BSG Ecology is seeking a well organised, enthusiastic and efficient Business Support Administrator for its Oxford office which is located on a diversified farm in the countryside just outside Oxford.
The role is varied and offers an opportunity to work in a busy, friendly and supportive office environment. The post forms part of the established BSG Ecology Business Support Team, some of whom are based in other UK offices, and offers the potential to work on cross office initiatives.
You will be responsible for assisting the smooth running of the office, working with the Business Support team and professional ecological consultants. You will have the following attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivation, with a ‘can do’ attitude
- A team player
- A willingness to learn
- A good grasp of IT with proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office package, particularly in the use of Excel and Word
- Commercial awareness.
It is desirable that you have experience of Health and Safety, or a willingness to gain an understanding.
